Over the years, he has lent his expertise to Navajo Freight Lines, the University of Denver and the Rocky Mountain Motor Tariff Bureau.
An alumnus of the University of Denver, Mr. Kenworthy holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws. His professional affiliations include the Association of Transportation Practitioners, and the Transportation Lawyers Associations, in which he maintains membership in order to remain alert of changes in the field. During the course of his career, he has authored two legal treatises: "Transportation Safety and Insurance Law," and "Killer Roads", both of which are published by Lexis. He also wrote "Occupational Safety and Health Law" and "Transportation of Hazardous Materials." Notably, he has been recognized many times for his work in the field, earning features in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in American Politics, Who's Who in the East and Who's Who in the World. Following his retirement from the Social Security Administration he remains professionally active as a contract attorney for the Department of Labor.
