Ms. Tominack is renowned in the legal industry for her expertise in bankruptcy, debt and debt collection, criminal defense, traffic violations, and family and juvenile law. She founded the Tominack Law Office, PC, in 2003, a law firm that provides legal services to clients throughout the southwest Indiana area. Her outstanding contributions to the industry were awarded with multiple commendations, including one of the 10 Best Attorneys by the American Institute of Family Law in 2016 and Best Driving While Intoxicated Attorney by Top Rated in 2017. Ms. Tominack graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree (JD) from Valparaiso University School of Law with honors and was admitted to practice in the state of Indiana in 2000. Since 2000, she has acted as a member of the Evansville Bar Association, the Warrick County Bar Association, the Gibson County Bar Association, the Posey County Bar Association, the Spencer County Bar Association, and the Dubois County Bar Association.
Prior to her career in law, Ms. Tominack worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Welborn Baptist Hospital from 1988 to 1999. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Evansville having graduated with honors and is a certified specialist in adult psychiatric mental health nursing. She also previously made a career out of acting and served as a background actress in "A League of Their Own," and "Stuck on You." She was featured on several talk shows including "The Beth Ann Patmythes Show," "The Hal Wolford Show," and a number of commercials including "Casey's Jewelry & Pawn Shop," "Coca Cola and United States of America Pageants," "Evansville Sports Park," "New Attitudes," "Russ Mathews Pro Shop," and "West Side Honda." Tricia Tominack was also the spokesperson for the "Appleton's Harley Davidson" of Clarksville, TN and the Vanderburgh County chapter of the American Cancer Society.
Tricia Tominack has also volunteered many hours with the Randall T. Shepard Law Academy, hosted at William Henry Harrison High School. She served as a "We the People" practice judge for the senior students within the program. Through the Shepard Law Academy, Tricia was given the opportunity to intern a young woman interested in becoming an attorney following her undergraduate degree. Ms. Tominack currently works alongside her intern, bringing her into trials and hearings, so her intern receives first-hand accounts of legal proceedings.
