MUNCHEN, GERMANY, March 17, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marquis Who's Who, the world's premier publisher of biographical profiles, is proud to present Martina Kolle with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award. An accomplished listee, Ms. Kolle celebrates many years' experience in her professional network, and has been noted for achievements, leadership qualities, and the credentials and successes she has accrued in her field. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process. She will also be included in the 2018 volume of Who's Who in the world.
Fine art painter Martina Kolle owns two art studios, one in Grafelfing, Germany, and one in Italy. Maintaining her own website to display her artwork, it highlights her gallery of works and exhibitions, which have appeared across the globe, from New York City to England, Morocco, Italy, The Netherlands, and France. Her most recent involvement included a digital exhibition at The Museum of Modern Art in New York City in 2018.
Ms. Kolle donated the Kunst Heute Award-2016. After organizing a jury, six winners (three painters and three photographers) received EUR10.000 in prize money and all of the winning artwork was exhibited on the Munich artfair ARTMUC in 2017, and all of them were sold for the artists.
Ms. Kolle is also the owner of Internationale Kunst Heute (IKH) Publishing, a company that prints various types of contemporary art, including drawings and paintings, mixed media, sculptures, photography, digital, street and urban art, as well as installation, which are submitted by artists from all over the world. Artists must apply, and it gives them the opportunity to not only appear in the book but also gain exposure to a very large public audience in a short period of time. Overseeing the team of artists that represent the various volumes, Ms. Kolle works alongside Dr. Ingrid Gardill, an art historian and art critic, who heads the jury. Located in Munchen, Germany, they often conduct book fairs, one which was titled "Frankfurter Buchmesse" in Frankfurt from November 15, 2017 to December 3, 2017 and the other, Artmuc in Munich.
Engaged in a three-year study of painting and participating in a masterclass with Markus Lupertz, a professor at the Academy of Visual Arts in Kolbermoor, Germany, between 2015 and 2018, Ms. Kolle thoroughly enjoyed the experience. She also completed coursework with Markus Lupertz in 2014, 2015, and 2017, and earned a Diploma from the Akademie der bildenden Kunste in Kolbermoor. Born in Munchen, Ms. Kolle is the proud parent of one son, David Christopher. For more information, please visit www.internationalekunstheute.com and www.martinakolle.com.
