Establishing his business in 1986, he has a long track record for success in the industry, which goes back 50 years. A unique firm, Mr. Wiese customizes market research solutions to clients' specific needs by tailoring them accordingly and by providing objective, unbiased advice without relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. In business now for more than 30 years, and now semi-retired, he previously served as the vice president and research director of research services for Creswell, Munsell, Fultz & Zirbel, Inc., in Cedar Rapids. He also worked for several other organizations over the years, including Popular Science Publishing and Reader's Digest.

Furthermore, he has been active on several professional organizations. He chaired the marketing research committee and was on the Cornbelt chapter board of the National Agri-Marketing Association, was first vice president, president, board of directors and member of the advisory board of the Advertising Federation of Cedar Rapids, served on the agri-business committee of the Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce, and was a member of the marketing committee for the United Way East Central Iowa, among several others.
Earning a bachelor's degree at Iowa State University in 1958, Mr. Wiese then served on active duty in the U.S. Army in 1959 and then the Reserves, retiring as a Captain. Married to JoBeth Kuehl with three children, three step-children, several grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, Mr. Wiese was honored by being inducted into the Advertising Federation of Cedar Rapids Hall of Fame in 2003. He has also been cited in approximately 30 editions of Who's Who, including Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in Media and Communication and Who's Who in America.
