Prior to becoming a professional songwriter, Mr. Coppolella worked for Fanatics in Quality Control, a Fortune 500 company. He earned a diploma from Bangor High School in 1966, developing an interest in sports. However, he found that he had creative ideas he wanted to share, so he began to write instead. He is a member of the National Library of Poetry, the International Society of Poets and the National Writers Association. As a respected voice in the industry, Mr. Coppolella has been recognized for his contributions throughout his career, earning Editor's Choice Awards for his poetry in 1993, 1994, and 1995.
In addition to his professional works, Mr. Coppolella participates in a number of other interests. He enjoys art, sports, dance, and cooking, and he is active with his church, having been named to the Aaronic Priesthood of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1991. The son of Anthony and Grace Coppolella, he is the proud father of three children. In addition, he has been featured in numerous editions of Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Entertainment and Who's Who in the East. Looking toward the future, he hopes to write two or three books.
