In this role, she not only serves as the photographer and flower arranger, but also lends her expertise to coordinating and designing special events for clients. Ms. Goerger has worked in the hospitality industry for many years, attributing much of her success to her positive attitude, working unselfishly, and always putting her family and community members at the forefront of her mind.
Having completed an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts at the North Dakota State College of Science, Ms. Goerger has since become certified through the Dale Carnegie Program, certified in various photo workshops, and by the N4C Camera Club. She is a member of the Professional Camera Shop, as well as multiple other professional and avocational organizations such as the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society where she was an international scholar of the laureate program, the Institute of Children's Literature, and the Bagg Bonanza Farm Historic Preservation Society. She is also an active parishioner at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
The recipient of numerous recognitions for her work, including one for a family history photo contest, Ms. Goerger has been recognized with a Community Leadership Award for her local involvement. Furthermore, she received a Volunteer Recognition Award from the North Dakota Long Term Care Association, was the First Runner Up for the Mrs. North Dakota Contest, and received awards from the Heritage Education Commission of MSU in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2016. She is the author of seven history photo books.
