Dr. Rhie has been a professor of electrical engineering at the University of Suwon since 2004.

A graduate of Korea University, Dr. Rhie holds a BS, an MS, and a PhD. He is a member of the Korean Institute of Electrical and Electronic Material Engineers, where he served as president, and the Korean Institute of Electrical Engineering. Throughout his career, he has contributed his knowledge to a number of articles in professional journals such as "design and analysis of electrical properties of a multilayer ceramic capacitor module for DC-link of hybrid electric vehicles" and "development of biosensor for simultaneous determination of glucose, lactic acid and ethanol." In the coming years, he intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career.
