Having established his firm in 1968 in Niagara Falls, NY, the same city where he was born and raised, he first studied at the University of Buffalo where he completed both his undergraduate degree and Bachelor of Laws. Shortly thereafter, he earned a Master of Laws in Taxation at New York University and a Juris Doctor at the State University of New York.
Admitted to practice by the New York Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the Southern District of the U.S. District Court of California, and the Western District of the U.S. District Court of New York, Mr. Parone is a current member of the Bar Association of Niagara County and former member and president of the Bar Association of Niagara Falls.
During his tenure, Mr. Parone was a general counsel for Conbow Corporation in Niagara Falls, an assistant general counsel with National General Corporation in Los Angeles, CA, and an associate attorney with Saperston, Wiltse, Duke, Day & Wilson in Buffalo, NY. He has been a longtime trustee of Stella Niagara Education Park and served upon a committee for Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Mr. Parone was married to Josephine A. Zoda on February 13, 1965; Mrs. Parone passed away in April 1999. Mr. Parone has one daughter, Deborah Lyn. He has previously been highlighted in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law.
