Mr. Kohn earned an undergraduate degree at Boston University, magna cum laude, in 1979, followed by a master's degree at Brown University in 1981 and a JD at Northeastern University in 1984. He has been admitted to practice by the D.C. Bar, the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. District Court of D.C., and of the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, and Federal Circuits.
