Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Jenkins-Smith pursued an education at Loyola Marymount University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and education in 2003. She concluded her studies in 2014 at Strayer University, graduating with a Master of Business Administration.
In addition to her primary trade, Ms. Jenkins-Smith remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She has maintained involvement with the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. Likewise, she has been active with the Better Business Bureau and the Suwanee Business Alliance. Furthermore, Ms. Jenkins-Smith is a member of the North Gwinnett Arts Association and an advocate for teachers' and women's rights.
Looking towards the future, Ms. Jenkins-Smith is committed to help boost the profiles and careers of young artists at Young Millennium Records. She helps handle the responsibilities of arranging housing, wardrobe, logistics for concerts and appearances, and service from various vendors in order to assure that all needs are met. Ms. Jenkins-Smith is also in production on three different television programs, focusing on her label, the behind-the scenes aspects of her industry, and the empowerment of minority women, with interest in a series order coming from the likes of VH1, MTV, WeTV, and Warner Brothers.
