Dr. Lee concluded his studies at the National Leading Research Laboratory at Myongji University in 2014, graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy in structural biochemistry.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Dr. Lee has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. Known as an innovative figure in his present post, he currently holds four registered international patents. He is also notable with his activity in regards to media coverage, having been featured by such prominent outlets as NewsRx, Reuters Health, Eureka Magazine, and Nature.com, among others. Dr. Lee has found success with his written works as well, having penned five books in addition to many esteemed journals, including Frontiers in Microbiology, Lancet Infectious Diseases, the Open Access Journal of Sports Medicine, the Journal of Biomedical Science and the Pakistan Journal of Medical Sciences, to name a few.
In light of his exceptional undertakings, Dr. Lee has accrued several accolades throughout his impressive career. His work has been recognized as the Top Journal in the Medicinal Chemistry in 2012 and the Top Journal in the Crystallography in 2014. Most recently, Dr. Lee has received honors for having authored critical pieces within the Top Most-Cited Journal in Pharmacology & Pharmacy in 2015 and the Top Journal in the Infectious Diseases in 2015 and 2016.
