She holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Emory & Henry College and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from East Tennessee State University, and she completed postgraduate coursework in chemistry at Ohio State University and the University of Cincinnati. She is also a certified collegiate professional teacher. Ms. Kiser began her career as a microbiologist with the South Carolina State Board of Health. Throughout her career, she has held positions such as a teacher, laboratory manager, group leader of chemical control, senior research and development chemist, and research and development laboratory coordinator. Today, she serves as independent writer with Kiser Publications in Kingsport, TN. She has also contributed her expertise to the field as the author of technical reports, methods, and instrument manuals, as well as an instructor of technical training courses.
Outside of her practical work in her field, Ms. Kiser has written several texts, including "Saving Africa from Lies that Kill: How Myths about the Environment and Overpopulation are Destroying Third World Countries" in 2018 and "Perverted Truth Exposed: How Progressive Philosophy has Corrupted Science" in 2016. She was also a contributor to the "Radiation Curing of Polymeric Materials," ACS Symposium Series, Volume 417, and she holds five patents through the Mead Imaging Division of Mead Paper Company. In order to remain aware of developments in her field, she has maintained affiliation with the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Chemical Society, the Ohio Academy of Science, ASTM International, and the INDA Standard Committee. A dedicated member of her community, Ms. Kiser was the founding member of the Mead Imaging Hiking Club in Chillicothe, OH, and was a volunteer counselor at the Scioto-Paint Valley Crisis Center in Chillicothe.
