After accruing many years of professional excellence, Dr. Lineberry has retired from the field of music education. Earlier in his career, he joined Trenton State College's Music Department as a graduate adjunct faculty member. Subsequently, Dr. Lineberry became the district coordinator of music education with Council Rock School District, where he also worked as an music instrument instructor and chairperson of the Music Department.
Throughout the many highlights of his career, Dr. Lineberry is perhaps most proud of the opportunity to take a group of 230 children to perform at the Westminster Parade in Europe. A certified music teacher for kindergarten through 12th grade, he holds a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music from East Carolina University and a Doctor of Philosophy from the American College of Medical Toxicology. In order to remain active and engaged in the field, Dr. Lineberry is affiliated with the Bucks County Music Education Association, the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association and the National Education Association.
In honor of his professional accomplishments, Dr. Lineberry has been recognized many times, earning a Citation of Professional Achievement through the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, the Excellence in Education and Community Service Award from the Governor of Pennsylvania and the President of the United States, and a grant through the Federal Department of Health. In addition, he has been featured in many volumes of Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Education. In the near future, Dr. Lineberry intends to continue enjoying his retirement.
