A licensed real estate associate in the state of Texas, Ms. McKnight excelled as a foreclosure specialist with the Law Firm of Brice Vanderlin Wernick from 2003 until her retirement from the industry in 2008. As a child, she entered her first model home and was inspired to pursue real estate, starting as an administrative assistant with Ryland Group in the 1970s. Subsequently, she gained expertise in the field through executive positions with the Gibraltar Savings Association, Rheinhold Corporation, the Texas Investment and Development Corporation, the First Southwestern Title Agency and the American Church Trust Company. Before obtaining her current role, she honed her expertise in foreclosure law through numerous banking roles.
Prior to starting in real estate, Ms. McKnight pursued coursework at Baylor University and Durham Business College, and later in the midst of her career, she returned to school at Houston Community College. A member of the National Association of Female Executives, she made it a point to do her civic duty with the Texas Republican Convention during her spare time. Due to her outstanding work, she has been honored with inclusion in professional publications, including Who's Who in Finance and Industry and Who's Who of American Women. Looking forward, Ms. McKnight intends to continue honing her expertise in the field.
