Lynne Smith Crow was named Life Underwriter of the Year by NJ's Association of Insurance and Finance Advisors.

With more than 50 years of professional experience, Ms. Crow is officially retired, although still working full time as a senior agent and registered representative at the Guardian Life Insurance Company where she has been since 1982. Prior to obtaining this position, Ms. Crow was a sales associate with Realty World/Allsopp Realtors from 1981 to 1982. Earlier in her career, Ms. Crow was a claims representative with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company from 1964 to 1968 and with the McGraw-Hill Corporation from 1966 to 1967.
Ms. Crow is a graduate of Sweet Briar College, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in 1964. She later returned to her studies at the American College, completing postgraduate coursework in 1986. Ms. Crow is a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Chartered Financial Consultant, as well as a Registered Representative and has a Certification for Long Term Care.
Throughout her career, Ms. Crow has been recognized for her contributions, including with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Million Dollar Round Table. She was named Life Underwriter of the Year by NJ's Association of Insurance and Finance Advisors. Likewise, the National Association (NAIFA) gave her several National Quality Awards and National Health Achievement Awards. Ms. Crow served as the NJAIA president and served on the MDRT Foundation's board of directors. The MDRT Foundation additionally named her an Excalibur Knight, Ms. Crow has been featured in numerous honors publications, including multiple editions of Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the East, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who of American Women.
