Mr. Russell began his career as vice president of Toar Associates in East Lansing, MI.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Russell received a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Michigan State University in 1969. Two years later, he earned a Master of Science and Master of Business Administration, alsofrom Michigan State University. In 1989, Mr. Russell received a Doctor of Philosophy from Kennedy-Western University, later known as Warren National University. Furthermore, Mr. Russell supplemented these accomplishments by becoming a certified computer professional.
Beyond his career responsibilities, Mr. Russell served as a member of several boards and commissions, including the board of directors of AFS Intercultural Programs, and both the Computing Accreditation Commission and Computer Science Accreditation Commission in New York City. He was also an associate faculty member at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, the U.S. Open University, and DeSales University.
Outside of his professional field, Mr. Russell served as vice chairman and chairman of the board of Lehigh Valley Christian High School in Allentown, PA. He has found success in the creative world as well, having authored "College Daze" in 2009 and "The Complete Sir Marrok" in 2010. In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Russell was selected for inclusion in multiple editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the East, Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in Science and Engineering and Who's Who in American Education.
