Since 1984, Mr. Weinberger has been the chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of the ASCII Group, Inc., in Washington, DC, where he is also the founder. In 2014, he also founded the website of IT Locator.com. He filled those same roles at Tech-Net, Inc., in Bethesda, MD. Additionally, he was an attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission and Federal Home Loan Bank Board in Washington, DC, from 1977 to 1981.

Mr. Weinberger also held roles as the first founding law professor at Vermont Law School in South Royalton, VT, from 1973 to 1975 and an associate at White & Case in New York City from 1970 to 1972. Aside from his professional endeavors, Mr. Weinberger has been a consultant for the Hinduja Group in Mumbai, India. Additionally, he was the founding chairman of the government affairs committee at the Computer Technology Industry Association in 1987.

Beginning in 1992, Mr. Weinberger was the chairman of the U.S. advisory board at Moscow State University of Commerce, where he created the board with Henry Kissinger as Honorary Chairman. From 1988 to 1990, he was a sponsor and agent for the Academic National Economy of the USSR in USA. Moreover, he was on the advisory board of Ashton Tate, Inc., in Torrance, CA. from 1986 to 1987.

Over the years, Mr. Weinberger has been afforded the opportunity to give hundreds of people a livelihood and tens of thousands of small businesses the ability to grow. Before he began his career, he was inspired by his parents. His mother, who is now 100 years old, and his father were both lawyers. Furthering this, his entrepreneurial side came out when he saw at the birth of the modern IT industry, an opportunity to help small businesses come together through the model which has become the world's largest independent community of MSPs and IT integrators.

Mr. Weinberger pursued academics at New York University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1967 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1970. Ultimately, he obtained a Master of Laws from Harvard University in 1973. Beyond these degrees, he was admitted to practice law in New York in 1971 and Washington, DC, in 1978, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1980.

Now, Mr. Weinberger is an established professional who has authored several works, including "White Paper to Reform Business Education in Russia" in 1996, and he was the law review editor for the New York University School of Law in 1970. Outside of his writing, he served as an executive producer for the 2012 Lionsgate film, "Mary."

Mr. Weinberger maintains memberships with numerous organizations, including New York University Law School, the Kenwood Country Club and The Order of Coif, where he was in the top 5 percent of the law school class and received an academic honor from New York University Law School. He is a former member of the National Organization on Disability, where he was on the chief executive officer council.

For all of these accomplishments, Mr. Weinberger was named One of Top 25 Most Influential Executives in the Computer Industry from Computer Reseller News in 1988. He was also included in Twelve Most Influential IT Executives from the Ziff-Davis Enterprise in New York City in 2008. He received the CEO of the Year Award by the Cyber Channels Association in 1999 and was named the Innovator of the Year by the Cyber Channels Association in 1987 and 2000.
