Currently a partner at Parisi, Coan & Saccocio PLLC, with locations in New York, Texas and California, where he has been since 1999, Mr. Saccocio started out as an assistant district attorney for Westchester County in White Plains, New York, a position he held from 1988 to 1991. He then became an associate attorney for Capasso, Burns & Massaroni LLP and a partner at Capasso and Massaroni LLP.
Mr. Saccocio has been admitted to the bar in Arizona, California, New York and Texas, and is recognized for his contributions to the legal profession. Along with his primary occupational accomplishments, he served as a board member for the Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority in New York from 2008 to 2012, New York State Bar Association's Executive Committee of the Trial Lawyers Section from 2008 to 2017, and is currently a member of the Schenectady County, New York Board of Ethics. He has also been affiliated with Pace Law Firm PC in Austin, Texas, since 2015 as a special counsel.
Interested in sustaining professional connections, Mr. Saccocio maintains involvement with the bar associations for Arizona, California, Texas and New York State. He has been recognized in Who's Who in America due to his accomplishments and professional enthusiasm and has been further honored in numerous editions of Who's Who in American Law, and Who's Who Top Lawyers.
