Dr. Takashi Hitsumoto serves as director of the Hitsumoto Medical Clinic.

At the inception of his career, he worked as an assistant of internal medicine at Sakura Hospital in affiliation with Toho University for nine years. Additionally, he gained valuable expertise as a lecturer in internal medicine at Toho University in 2005.
An expert in cardiology, Dr. Hitsumoto holds a Doctor of Medicine from the Toho University School of Medicine, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, he has maintained affiliation with the Japanese Coronary Association and the Japanese College of Cardiology, among many other prestigious societies.
For his excellence in the field, Dr. Hitsumoto was awarded the Grand Prize from the Japanese Coronary Association in 2010. However, when asked of his career highlights, he cites receiving the Young Investigator Award from the Japanese College of Angiology in 2003 to be a crowning achievement. Married to Nanae Hitsumoto with one son and one daughter, he enjoys watching baseball in his spare time.
