During the course of her daily routine, she has served as counsel to issuers and underwriters for more than 100 initial and follow-on public offerings. Additionally, she advises clients on various issues regarding corporate governance and regulations under the 1933 Act, 1934 Act, 1940 Act, FINRA Rules and Blue Sky regulations.
In her years with Bass, Berry & Sims, Ms. Siddiqui has served on their Pro Bono Committee, Entry Level Hiring Committee, Asian Attorneys Affinity Group, and with the 1933 Act, Capital Markets and Insider Trading Specialty subgroups. An expert in her field, Ms. Siddiqui holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the prestigious Georgetown University Law Center.
