WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, November 19, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ezwim, Guerra Wilson Group and AT&T have won the 2018 Innovation of the Year Award from the Enterprise Technology Management Association (ETMA). This award recognizes eBonding-as-a-Service which bridges the technology gap for Telecom Expense Management and Agent Organizations.
The solution allows customers to easily connect to AT&T's eBonding solution through a variety of methods. Those include Ezwim's white-labeled portal, zero-development middleware that connects to customers' portals, an existing IT Service Management platform like ServiceNow or through an API.
"Given the depth and breadth of our indirect relationship with AT&T, it became increasingly difficult for us to scale our own business without just throwing bodies at orders," said Nick Wilson, CEO of Guerra Wilson Group. "By partnering with Ezwim for EbaaS "e-Bonding as a Service", we not only solved our internal operational challenges, but can extend the exact same efficiencies to all of our partners who fulfill their order through us. It is really a win-win for everyone involved."
The solution allows customers to use existing systems and processes and completely eliminates the burden to build and maintain an API connection. At the same time, companies experience the benefits of better SLA performance, reduced error handling, and reduction in the costs associated with swivel-chair order-entry.
"Ezwim has a long history of working with ETMA members to fill technology gaps… or canyons," said David Sonenstein, Executive Director for Ezwim. "We are very proud to be recognized by our peers for our collaboration with AT&T and Guerra Wilson Group to allow any company, regardless of their technical expertise, to realize the benefits of eBonding solutions."
"Ebonding brings a modern, seamless way to let companies generate and receive transactions, such as service orders and trouble tickets, directly to and from AT&T systems," said Abhi Ingle, SVP of Digital, Distribution and Channel Marketing at AT&T Business. "The ETMA award recognizes our frictionless approach to offering eBonding-as-a-Service."
The Innovation Award was voted on by ETMA membership at its September conference in Philadelphia. ETMA seeks to raise industry standards, recognize its members' achievements and promote the value of solutions through the Innovation of the Year Award. The selection criteria include four factors: the degree of innovation; market response from clients, delivery of the offering, and how the value proposition is being fulfilled and validated in the marketplace.
Joe Basili, Managing Director for ETMA, said, "This award shines a spotlight on EZwim, AT&T and the Guerra Wilson Group. Competitors are the toughest critics, and they are also best positioned to determine which organizations truly exemplify the Innovation of the Year Award criteria."
