Mr. Morgan began his career as a student at the University of Oregon, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in 1974. He then joined the University of Santa Clara, completing a Master of Business Administration in 1975. He concluded his studies with he school in 1978, earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence, summa cum laude, in 1978. Mr. Morgan has been admitted to practice law in the state of California and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
