Currently a consultant at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, a position he has held since 1995, he previously served as a senior scientist with Oak Ridge National Laboratory from 1963 to 1995. Beginning his career as a senior physicist at William H. Johnston Laboratories Inc. from 1960 to 1963, Dr. Krause also contributed to the University of Paris in France as an exchange professor in 1975.
Exhibiting unmatched professional focus, Dr. Krause is noteworthy for his contributions to professional journals as well as chapters he has composed for field-related books. With numerous achievements to his name, most notable is the discovery of x-ray spectrometry based on photoelectric effect.
