Over the years, he has honed his skills in the field through Science Applications International Corporation, Carl T. Jones Corporation, and Global Integrity, where he served as chief executive officer from 1998 until his retirement in 2000.
An expert in engineering, Mr. Herskowitz holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from George Washington University. Subsequently, he pursued additional studies through the Ohio State University, Harvard University and National Defense University. In order to remain abreast of changes in the field, he maintains affiliation with the American Defense Preparedness Association, the Security Affairs Support Association, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, and the Association of Former Intelligence Officers. Whenever he isn't working, he contributes to his community through the Florida Oceanographic Society, the Martin Health System, and Artists for a Cause.
For his professional excellence, he earned a U.S. Air Force Letter of Commendation, a Naval Air Systems Command Technical Publications Award, and he was named to the fourth edition of Who's Who in America. In the near future, Mr. Herskowitz intends to continue enjoying his retirement.
