Earlier in her career, Ms. Morgan served as a teacher at Fairfield School in the Cabell County Public School System from 1970 to 1980 as well as with Marshall University from 1977 to 1979.
Ms. Morgan began her career as a student at Marshall University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1971. She concluded her studies at Marshall University in 1974, graduating with a Master of Science. Furthermore, Ms. Morgan has been certified as a professional teacher in the state of West Virginia.
A leading voice in her industry, Ms. Morgan has been affiliated with a number of organizations in her community. She is a member of the National Education Association, the West Virginia Education Association, the National Business Education Association, and the Cabell County Education Association. Ms. Morgan previously contributed to the board of directors for the Tri-State Montessori Preschool.
Throughout her career, Ms. Morgan has been celebrated for her achievements. She has been featured in numerous publications, including multiple editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who in the South and Southwest, Who's Who of American Women, and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
