Backed by 55 years of professional excellence, Ms. Kremser served as medical legal assistant for Windhorst, Pastorek & Gaudry, a role she has fulfilled from 1985 to 2000. At the inception of her career, she gained valuable expertise as a school nurse/teacher for Patchogue-Medford School District and Baldwin School District. Over the years, she honed her skills in medical education and administration through positions with Freeport General Hospital as the assistant director of nursing, Stony Brook University as an educator, Tulane Medical Center as the assistant director of nursing for in-service education, the Mercy Medical Center as the assistant director of nursing, the University of New Orleans as a consultant, and the Eye and Ear Institute of Louisiana as a special projects director. She also worked as assistant director of nursing for staff development at Temple University Hospital. She was an instructor for Queens Hospital School of Nursing. Additionally, she enjoyed working as a physician's office nurse in a doctor's office. Ms. Kremser has served on multiple medical mission trips to Honduras, Mexico, Peru, Haiti and Bangladesh.
A registered nurse in New York, Louisiana, Pennsylvania and Mississippi, Ms. Kremser holds a Bachelor of Education from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a Master of Professional Studies in health care administration from Long Island University. In order to remain abreast of changes in the field, she maintains affiliation with the American School Health Association and the Association for Talent Development, formerly known as the American Society of Training and Development. Utilizing her vast array of knowledge, she has contributed two articles to Nursing Magazine and one article to Intensive Care Magazine, and served as a consultant for the "Pediatric Textbook" and "Textbook for Legal Nurse Consultants." Ms. Kremser also published a parent education pamphlet on caring for children in a Dennis-Brown Splint.
In light of her exceptional undertakings in nursing, Ms. Kremser was featured in the 20th edition of Who's Who in the South and Southwest. Looking ahead, she intends to experience the continued success of her career.
