Accepting a support specialist position for Piscataway Township Schools in N.J. in 2016, Miss Warian has been teaching throughout New Jersey for over 20 years. First teaching elementary students in 1997 at Christ the King School in Manville, NJ, she later found success at the Our Lady of Peace School in Fords, NJ. Also holding the posts of a reading specialist at Franklin Elementary School in South Plainfield, NJ, and as a member of the Somerset County Education Services Committee in Somerset, NJ, she further excelled at the Huntington Learning Center in Edison, NJ. Miss Warian also served a literacy coach in Highland Park, NJ, and an adjunct professor at Caldwell College.
A longstanding member of the International Dyslexia Association, Miss Warian is an active member of Kappa Delta Pi. She has been showcased in every edition of Who's Who in America since 2008, every edition of Who's Who in the World since 2009 and several editions of Who's Who of American Women. Orton Gillingham certified through Fairleigh Dickinson University since 2010, Miss Warian is notably certified as a structured literacy/dyslexia interventionist through the International Dyslexia Association since 2017, a dyslexia specialist through Fairleigh Dickinson University since 2011 and a reading specialist and elementary teacher in the state of New Jersey.
Before embarking on her professional path, Miss Warian earned a Bachelor of Music in music education and therapy at Immaculata College in 1989. Miss Warian later continued her studies with a Master of Arts in reading specialization at Kean University in 2003, followed by an Education Specialist degree in curriculum and teaching in 2015. Miss Warian is currently pursuing a doctorate degree at the University of Phoenix, which she plans to complete by June 2019.
