Earlier in his career, he joined Rosenkrantz, Ehrenkrantz, Lyon & Ross as vice president and division manager. Over the years, he also gained valuable expertise with various companies, including Meyers Pollock Robbins, Inc., as vice president and assistant secretary, Herzog Heine Geduld, Inc., as vice president of the Max Ule division, and Max Ule & Company and Max Ule Advertising & Marketing, Inc., as president. Though his career has been filled with highlights, he is especially proud of taking over nearly $10 million in accounts from a friend who previously worked at another firm. Additionally, he created the first discount brokerage system on the computer in 1980.
An expert in his field, Mr. Ule holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. In his spare time, he contributes to the betterment of his community as a member of the board and a trustee of the Squadron A Foundation and became a member of the board and a trustee in 2018. He was previously president of the Association in Manhattan for Autistic Children. In 2017, he joined the board of the Church League for Patriotic Service formed in 1918; when it closed in 2018, the funds were distributed to the Squadron A Foundation. Likewise, he was a prolific military man, having served in the United States Navy and Naval Reserves in the 1960s. He retired as lieutenant in 1965.
For his excellence in the field and in the military, Mr. Ule won a National Defense Medal and a Vietnam Service Medal, as well as features in Who's Who in Finance and Business, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, and Who's Who in America.
