In addition to her primary responsibilities, she previously excelled as the president of Rock County Extension Homemakers and Faith Lutheran Church, as well as on the board of directors for the Faith Lutheran Endowment Foundation. Likewise, Ms. Rabideau has been affiliated with United 2 Serve, the Atonement Lutheran Church, the Brown County Retired Educators Association, and the Wisconsin Retired Educators Association.
Ms. Rabideau initially pursued an education at the University of Wisconsin, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in education in 1961. She continued her studies at National Louis University, graduating in 1996 with a Master of Education. Moreover, Ms. Rabideau has been licensed as an elementary school teacher for grades 1-8 by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
A leading voice in her community, Ms. Rabideau has been active with a number of professional organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She is a member of the American Association of University Women as well as the UW-Green Bay Lifelong Learning Institute. Furthermore, Ms. Rabideau is associated with the Phi Beta Kappa Society and Delta Kappa Gamma.
Throughout her career, Ms. Rabideau has been celebrated for her contributions to the field. She has been presented with a Certificate of Excellence from the Wisconsin Center for Academically Talented Youth, Inc. She was also recognized as the Match of the Month by the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin. Ms. Rabideau has been featured in numerous publications, including multiple editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who of American Women.
