An expert in his field, he has earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Tulane University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tulsa. Currently, Mr. Hartman is pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of Alabama Law School.
A fourth generation of Hartmans has graduated law school and passed the Maryland Bar. Edward IV works with the firm and Christian is an Assistant State's Attorney for Anne Arundel County, facts of which Mr. Hartman is especially proud. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, he is affiliated with the Maritime Law Association, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and the Maryland Bankers Association.
