A licensed psychologist, Dr. Radfar is the owner of several businesses, including Rad Corp and PFRC Inc. For many years, she has served as the chief executive officer of both companies. Over the years, she has honed her expertise in a variety of fields including psychology and medicine, which has allowed her to clearly and efficiently navigate those industries from a business management position.
Some of the research Dr. Radfar has taken part in includes mammography and cancer of breast in 1972, evaluation of sex education in college students in 1977, life change events within Schizophrenia in 1983, and comparison of stressful life events between patients with mental medical conditions and normal population in 1986.
Prior to entering the field, Dr. Radfar earned a premedical bachelor's degree, a master's degree in social work, a PhD in theological psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology, and another PhD in public administration from LaSalle University. Upon graduating, she became a board certified forensics examiner and a certified family mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida; she realized that being a mediator allowed her to help people going through a divorce and eliminates a lot of the pain and expenses of court.
Dr. Radfar has earned a license in clinical psychology in the state of Florida and the state of Michigan where she is inactive. She is eligible to work in administration up to level highest in the Florida Department of Administration and eligible for license as a psychologist in most states. Additionally, she is a board certified diplomat as a prescribing psychologist and forensic examiner. Along with other well-known neurologists, she has contributed to writing "Topographic Brain Mapping in Head Injuries" in 1987 and "Clinical Aspects of Topographic Brain Mapping" in 1989. A leading voice in the field, she is affiliated with the National Health Institute, and the National Register for Health.
