Previously, he had graduated, magna cum laude, with a Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurial studies from Jones International University in 2006. Additionally, Mr. Stromberg has flourished with INX International Ink Company as the director of sales for national accounts and metal deco since 1988 and the vice president since 1991.
Prior to embarking upon his professional path, Mr. Stromberg pursued an education at Marquette University, earning a Bachelor of Science in business and marketing in 1970. Following this accomplishment, he began his career in sales administration, accepting a position at the Continental Can Company, where he handled long-term can manufacturing agreements and sales with such companies as Schlitz Brewing, Miller Brewing, and Pabst Brewing between 1970 and 1977. From 1977 to 1981, he worked as a corporate account salesman in the General Printing Ink Division for Sun Chemical, for which he was responsible for developing new businesses in relation to decorating packaging for metal cans and established new relations with such companies as the American Can Company, Schlitz Container, Miller Brewing Container and Continental Can Company. During this time, Mr. Stromberg was celebrated by Sun Chemical with a Salesman of the Year Award.
Subsequently, Mr. Stromberg served Acme Printing Ink Company in multiple capacities between 1980 and 1988. Most notably finding success as the vice president of the company, he further held the posts of the branch manager of the Milwaukee manufacturing operations profit center, a regional operations manager for multiple cities throughout North America, a corporate marketing representative, and a national account corporate salesman. The president of Toobee International, Inc., a flying can toy since 1981, Mr. Stromberg is the author of "Toobee Air Force Flight Training Manual," which was published in 1983.
Beyond his primary responsibilities, Mr. Stromberg has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. An active member of the United Methodist Men, he held the role of an advisor for Junior Achievement of Wisconsin in 1974. Moreover, Mr. Stromberg contributed his valuable expertise and support as an assistant member of the Toys for Tots committee for the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and a sponsor for Muscular Dystrophy in 1983.
Furthermore, Mr. Stromberg remains associated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He is a significant member of the International Metal Decorators & Packaging Association, the American Management Association International, the American Society of Quality Control, and Association of National Advertisers. He has also been involved with the National Association of Printers and Lithographers, the National Association of Printing Equipment and Suppliers, and the Executive Agenda of Wisconsin. Mr. Stromberg a member of the American Beverage Association, Engineers Without Border, the Milwaukee Water Council, and the Business Marketing Association as well.
In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Stromberg has accrued several accolades throughout his impressive career. In 2011, he was presented with the Can Ambassador Award from the Ball Corporation. Previously, he was recognized as Man of the Day by the Good Men Project in 2010. Likewise, Mr. Stromberg has been featured in numerous publications, including multiple editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the Midwest, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
