Juliana T. Rhoten is a retired educator and academic administrator of more than 30 years.

Ms. Rhoten is a retired educator and academic administrator of more than 30 years. Working in Milwaukee her entire career, she most recently served as principal of the Parkview School between 1983 and 1990 and the Ninth Street School between 1980 and 1983. She formerly served as an administrator, reading specialist and elementary school teacher between 1957 and 1980.
During her tenure in education, Ms. Rhoten served on the board of directors for the Eisenhower Center. A non-profit vocational training program that provides education, training and jobs for people with disabilities, the Center boasts a 66,000 square foot facility that offers a range of fulfillment services to businesses in and around Milwaukee. She was also involved in the development of a reading supplemental film titled "You Wouldn't Believe It, But Here It Is" and a radio program titled "The Sound House."
Ms. Rhoten is a longstanding member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, the Administrators and Supervisors Council, the National Council of Teachers of English, the National Association of Elementary School Principals and the International Reading Association. She has also been an active member of Phi Delta Kappa and Alpha Kappa Alpha. She has been recognized by Stanford University, CA.
Between 1986 and 2007, Ms. Rhoten has been featured in close to 20 editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the Midwest, Who's Who in the World and Who's Who of American Women. She has notably held a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science from Hunter College since 1954 and 1956, respectively, and later received a Specialist in Education degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1977.
