Mr. Kohlhepp began his professional career by working for three years at The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida; before moving on to the Vanguard Group, where he remained for four years. Inspired to make a difference in his profession, he joined his Father's company, Kohlhepp Investment Advisors, Ltd. After many years and learning multiple roles, he was promoted to President, a post he continues to hold to this day.
