In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Ms. Ball is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management. During her spare time, she volunteers at her children's school and locally through Sharing the Harvest. Looking toward the future, she strives to be the Vice President of Human Resources where she can continue to lead change, make a significant business impact and develop employees at all levels of the organization.
