Mr. Fenker celebrates many years in engineering and management at the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company

Mr. Fenker celebrates many years in engineering and management at the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company. Entering corporate management in 1977 as the Vice President of Administrative Services, he later served as the Vice President of Power Supply and the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations. Mr. Fenker altered the direction of his professional path in 1988, becoming the President of the Cleveland health Education Museum, which was associated with his alma mater, Case Western Reserve University.
Aligned with several industry-related organizations, Mr. Fenker was a member of the Cleveland Engineering Society and the National Society of Professional Engineers. He was also active with his local chapter of Rotary International, the Clevelander Club, United Way and Sigma Chi. A World War II veteran, Mr. Fenker then served in the U.S. Navy for two years where he flew off the U.S.S. Midway as an Aviation Radioman gunner in an SB2C Dive Bomber between 1944 and 1946.
Born and raised in Ohio, Mr. Fenker graduated from Rocky River High School in Rocky River, Ohio, in 1944. Mr. Fenker enrolled at Cleveland State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1955. A registered professional engineer in the state of Ohio, he concluded his studies at Case Western Reserve University, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in 1964. A celebrated Marquis listee, Mr. Fenker has been featured in the 24th and 25th editions of Who's Who in Finance and Industry and the 45th through 47th editions of Who's Who in America.
