For more than 37 years, Ms. Bull has excelled in music education and performance, serving as a music teacher in Cumberland County, an orchestra director for the Children of Crossville Chamber Orchestra and the composer of "Kumon," published by Southwest Music and has published research in ASTA magazine. She is currently working on an instrumental anthology. At the beginning of her career, she found success as a string teacher for Hereford Zone Music Program and Western Maryland College. Additionally, Ms. Bull had the honor of working as an orchestra director for Westminster Youth Orchestra.

An expert in her field, Ms. Bull has earned both a Bachelor of Arts in music education and a Master of Education from Towson State University. Subsequently, she completed postgraduate coursework at New York University. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Ms. Bull is affiliated with the National Education Association, the American String Teachers Association, the Middles Tennessee State Band and Orchestra Association, the National Association of Music Educators and the Nashville Songwriters Association.

For her professional excellence, Ms. Bull was recognized as the Teacher of the Year by Crossville Elementary School and the Woman of the Year by the Business and Professional Women's Association. Furthermore, she was notably presented with the Butterfly Award from Music in Motion. Publications such as Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Women have also celebrated Ms. Bull for her exemplary work.
