Prior to beginning her career in finance with JP Morgan, Ms. Kinsella attended Dartmouth College, attending to pursue a 12 College Exchange Program in economics in 1985. Subsequently, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and sociology at Mount Holyoke College in 1986. Ms. Kinsella played Varsity Field Hockey and lacrosse at Mount Holyoke and Dartmouth. In 1995, Ms. Kinsella obtained a derivatives certificate from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Furthermore, Ms. Kinsella maintains affiliation with Phillips Andover, serving on their Development Board. She has additionally contributed her time and resources to the board of directors at EMpower and Reach Within. In addition to donating her own financial resources, Ms. Kinsella has raised close to $150,000 from colleges, friends and family for charities including those mentioned, running the Boston Marathon once, the New York City Marathon three times, competing in seven triathlons and a century mile bike ride in the Portland, Maine area.
