Prior to obtaining his current role, he was a sales manager at Avantech from 2010 to 2015 and at Christ Water from 2005 to 2010, and vice president of marketing and sales with Process Equipment Unlimited from 2000 to 2005.
From 1985 to 2000, Mr. Osen was a sales manager with Glegg Water Technologies, and he previously held a number of positions with Illinois Water Treatment, including district sale engineer from 1980 to 1985, sales engineer from 1979 to 1980, and sale technician from 1978 to 1979. Earlier in his career, Mr. Osen was a machinist and assembler at National Detroit from 1973 to 1978.
Mr. Osen began his career as a student at Milton College, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in music education, with honors, in 1973. He later continued his studies with Cardinal Stritch University, where he completed postgraduate coursework in 1985. A member of the American Water Works Association and American Institute of Chemical Engineers, he has been a presenter, discusser, trainer and educator for the International Water Conference.
Throughout his career, Mr. Osen has been recognized for his contributions. He has been featured in numerous honors publications, including Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the South and Southwest, and Who's Who in the World.
