Following in her father's footsteps, Mrs. Kasselmann has excelled as the Owner/Operator of several McDonald's franchises since 2017. Emily joined McDonald's in 2012, and held roles including: Office Manager, General Manager, and Supervisor in her father's organization before becoming an approved Owner/Operator in August 2017. Mrs. Kasselmann is proud to be involved with such a recognizable brand on a daily basis, ensuring that she's delivering exceptional Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value to her guests.
Prior to joining the McDonald's family, Mrs. Kasselmann worked as the North America Recruiting Specialist in Product Supply Engineering for Procter & Gamble between 2006 and 2012. She attended Northern Kentucky University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Marketing in 2007. Also, as a fun fact, Emily managed a Blockbuster Video from 2000-2006 in Union, KY, which is where she met her husband.
In order to network with others in the field and increase the number of minority and women-owned franchises, she affiliates herself with the McDonald's Women's Operator Network (WON). During her spare time, Mrs. Kasselmann also devotes her efforts to those less fortunate through Ronald McDonald House Charities and her church, Saint Timothy Parish.

She was also the Mid Manager Council Lead from 2015-2017 for the McDonald's Indianapolis Region, and was awarded the Outstanding General Manager Award in 2015. Today, she serves on several teams within the McDonald's Columbus Field Office.
Although her accomplishments are important, her most proud moments in life include marrying her incredible husband and best friend, Dave, in 2008, and the birth of their two beautiful children, Brooke (2014) and Jacob (2017). She was also proudly baptized in 2018. Her faith continues to be the core of how she makes her decisions daily for her guests and her most important asset, her people.
