A designated Counselor of Real Estate since 2018, Mr. Houghton earned a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. Three years later, he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the prestigious Boston University. Upon graduating, he was admitted to practice law through the New York State Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
