Through JESCO, he has contributed to projects in several states on behalf of PECO Foods, PACCAR Inc., and Mueller Casting.
In his academic efforts, Mr. Smith attended Auburn University, graduating in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science. He subsequently obtained 27 licenses in various states and jurisdictions in the areas of plumbing, piping, HVAC, and electrical services. Mr. Smith retains his professional alignment with the Mississippi chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors of America, and the Mississippi Board of Contractors, with which he serves as an electrical representative.
Committed to bettering his community, he additionally contributes his time and resources to Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Friends of the NRA, American Trap Association and the National Skeet Shooting Association. Mr. Smith is a devoted father of two children, Amelia and Wade, through which he has welcomed four grandchildren into his immediate family.
