DENVER, CO, August 30, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Charol Messenger is a new honoree of Marquis Who's Who of America, 2020 edition.
Her visionary books bridge spirituality, metaphysical and religious thought. These hopeful, inspiring nondenominational books are written for all peoples of all faiths in all lands. They show how we are all one and how we are reshaping the world and ourselves in a new dawn of spiritual and social evolution. They herald a new global paradigm and are a blueprint for how to live in personal clarity and peace of mind in our rapidly changing world.
A profound mystical awakening at age thirty in 1975 propelled Ms. Messenger to begin writing about the insights she was receiving for all humanity, for our present and our future. She was later certified as a clear channel through The Tibetan Foundation in 1983.
All of her visionary books were seeded the night of November 2, 1975, when she was shaken out of her mundane life. After a harrowing week, turning to prayer for help, she fell into a deep slumber, in which she saw angels surrounding her amidst a heavenly glow, heard their chorus of song outside the Gates of Heaven, and felt the presence of an angel overlighting her. Throughout the night, revelations came in waves to her about humanity's future. The next day, she began writing.
Initially, Ms. Messenger was inspired to write by her fifth-grade and high-school English teachers. She first published in 1960, worked in the corporate field starting in 1966, and began writing her own books in 1982. Early in her writing career, she gained valuable experience as a columnist and book reviewer for the Colorado Springs women's newspaper, "Expressions." She later found success as an author through Messenger Publishing and as a developmental book editor through The Writing Doctor, both which she began in 1994. She also has been honored with the Best of Business Denver Award in editorial services 2015-2018, annually.
Ms. Messenger's fifteen book awards include two honoree crystal awards in 2019 and five international book awards in 2016 and 2017, with two First Place winners and three Second Place. Award categories are: The Spiritual Awakening of Humanity, Body-Mind-Spirit, Spirituality, Personal Growth and Self-Development, New Age Nonfiction, and Women's Issues.
The award-winning titles are: "Letters from Jesus" in 2019 (vol. I of the complete collection published in October 2019 in hardcover and audio book); and second editions in 2018 for "Humanity 2.0: The New Humanity," "The New Humans: Second Genesis," "You 2.0: Living Your Infinite Self," "Wings of Light: The Four Angels Who Guide You," "Intuition for Every Day," a spirituality workbook, "The Soul Path: Being Fully Conscious," "The Power of Courage: An Uplifting Saga of Moving Beyond Abuse," and "I'm Dancing As Fast As I Can."
Award sponsors are: Book Excellence Awards, Soul-Bridge Awards of Europe, USA Best Books, Preach the Word Worldwide Network TV, and CIPA EVVY Awards.
Ms. Messenger's civic achievements include founding the Books for Iraq charity, through which she personally shipped books to troops in Iraq for the children and Iraqi citizens in 2004-05. Her international twelve-page newsletter "Global Citizen" in 1987-88, which she personally designed and produced, earned her recognition from Colorado Governor Roy Romer and author Richard Bach.
Memberships include World Future Society, as a futurist. Her interview with the senior editor of "The Futurist" magazine was published in 2012.
A lifelong learner, Ms. Messenger received an Associate of Arts in English language and literature, fine arts, and creative writing in 1965. Twenty years later, and over a hundred publications later, she received a Bachelor of Arts in English, world religions, and philosophy from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. To remain aware of changes in the publishing field, she is a longtime affiliate of the Colorado Independent Publishers Association.
With over a dozen new books in development, Ms. Messenger plans to continue sharing new hopeful, inspiring messages for all humanity.
