Additionally, Mr. Minichello authored "Use and Abuse of Surveillance Videos" for the Illinois Bar Journal in 1997, "Spoliation: Implications for the Maritime Lawyer" for Benedict's Maritiem Bulletin in 2003 and "Who and What Are You Insuring? Cargo Transportation Liability Exposures Are Changing," which was published in the University of San Francisco Maritime Law Journal in 2008.
Mr. Minichello remains aware of industry changes through his professional alignment with the Maritime Law Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Transportation Lawyers Association, the Association for Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy, and Conferences of Freight Counsel. In civic affairs, he has also devoted himself to the Ohio University Alumni Association and Fundraising Board. For his outstanding work in law, he has been honored as an Illinois Super Lawyer since 2007.
