Growing up on a farm and ranch in central North Dakota, his natural curiosity led him to develop an interest of work in several industries. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, in 1990.
Since 1989, Mr. Zuther has been an analyst for Basin Electric Power Cooperative of Bismarck. From 1990 to 2007, he designed, developed, and maintained several business computer systems in the Bismarck area. From 2008 to 2012, he was a professor at Bismarck State College where he developed and taught classes. In 2015, he accomplished a lifelong dream to become a business owner as the founder and chief executive officer of Zuther Xtreme Technologies, where he remains today.
As a teenager, Mr. Zuther began to develop the idea for a tool, but lacked the time or resources to develop it further until adulthood. He is the inventor, patent and trademark holder for the Wrench iD+, the tool he initially conceptualized as a teen and is currently selling online through www.zxtremetech.com. In his leisure time, Mr. Zuther is a sports, finance and political enthusiast, enjoys traveling and spending time with family. He has been featured in the 55th edition of Who's Who in America.
