Leveraging more than two decades of expertise in marketing, sales, manufacturing, and engineering, Ms. Eisele serves as a technology alliances and product manager for Compass Minerals, for which she leads sales support and oversees new product development activities for the plant nutrition business unit. Previously, she served as the global launch and branding manager. Before joining Compass Minerals, she worked for John Deere for more than 15 years as an enterprise customer acquisition process coach, project manager of global marketing and sales services, product and senior product engineer, and manufacturing engineer. Over the years, she has gained valuable expertise in cross-functional team management, process improvement and product development. Ms. Eisele considers herself an advocate for women in engineering and agriculture, challenging the norm and helping advocate for the under-represented and under-served.
In 1998, Ms. Eisele earned a Bachelor of Science in biological and agricultural engineering from Kansas State University before obtaining her first position with John Deere. Subsequently, she received a Master of Engineering in systems engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa's Henry B. Tippie College of Business in 2002. She maintains professional affiliation with the Society of Women Engineers, Women in Agribusiness, the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers and MentorNet in order to network with others in the industry. In civic affairs, Ms. Eisele likewise devotes herself to her community through 4-H, FIRST, Kansas City Community Gardens and Olathe Public Schools.
Ms. Eisele has been honored for her efforts in management and engineering on many occasions, earning the Simple and Elegant Design Award and the Global Technology and Innovation Network Coin through John Deere in 2004 and 2016 respectively. Additionally, she won the Young Engineer of the Year Award through the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers Iowa Section and Mid-Central Region in 2009. Ms. Eisele was also presented with the Professional Progress in Engineering Award from Kansas State University and an Advocating Women in Engineering Award through the Society of Women Engineers in 2015.
