Since the company's inception, he has gained valuable expertise in customer service, marketing, sales management and negotiations. In his present role, Mr. Brown maintains responsibility for the company's 15 employees, as well as every aspect of business management.
Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Brown worked for a similar business while in pursuit of his community college degree. After working in this post for a short time, he realized it was not the right fit for him and struck out on his own. In addition to holding an associate degree in heating and air, Mr. Brown is a certified master in HVAC services and holds a universal CFC refrigeration certificate.
In order to liaise with other professionals in his field, Mr. Brown is affiliated with a local networking group called Connect. During his spare time, he also helps several local non profit organizations with their needs. Likewise, Mr. Brown's exemplary work was celebrated with a feature in Lynchburg Living Magazine.
Highlighting his excellence in the industry, Mr. Brown's company was honored as a Top Heating and Air Company in the Area by the Lynchburg News Advance. Additionally, he was recognized among the Top 40 Under 40 Business Owners through ACHR News and was named the 2018 Lynchburg Business Young Business Owner of the Year in 2018, He has earned The Talk Award every year since 2010, was named the Best HVAC company in Lynchburg Living/Lynchburg Business Magazine four years straight, and was named the Central VA Business Coalition 2019 Service Provider of the Year.
He is married to Dara Brown, currently vice president of the company. They have two sons, Parker, 7 and Dawson, 4.
