During his career, he argued 19 cases before the Supreme Court of the United States and has argued appeals in every U.S. Federal Court of Appeals in the land. In the earliest years of his career, Mr. Reynolds initially found success as an associate for Sullivan and Cromwell, and as a partner for Shaw, Pittman, Potts & Trowbridge.
Before embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Reynolds earned a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University. Subsequently, he received a Bachelor of Laws from Vanderbilt University Law School and was admitted to practice through the District of Columbia Bar, the New York State Bar Association, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and Federal Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Over the years, Mr. Reynolds has also contributed his time and resources to the Federalist Society, the Landmark Legal Foundation, and the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund.
Mr. Reynolds has been honored for his efforts in law on many occasions. From 2006 until 2013, he was listed among the Best Lawyers of America. Apart from his professional legacy, Mr. Reynolds has been married for 19 years to his lovely wife Barbara Lynne, and is the proud father of four children, Brad Jr., Melissa, Kristina, and Wendy.
