Ms. Debra Bartz was named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women from 2011 to 2012.

Having led a storied and inimitable career as a holistic nutritional coach, an airline pilot, and a military aircraft commander, Ms. Bartz currently excels as the owner of Learn Conquer Soar Coaching, a lifestyle coaching company which she established in 2010. Concurrently, she has captained Airbus A320s on behalf of United Airlines since 2010. Ms. Bartz previously flew Boeing 767s between 2005 and 2010, and Boeing 737s from 1998 to 2005.
Before her entry into civilian piloting, Ms. Bartz was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force in 1982. During her service, she flew as a copilot at Beale Air Force Base from 1983 to 1986, and was promoted to the position of an aircraft commander between 1986 and 1997. An air operations officer from 1989 to 1990, Ms. Bartz departed from the armed services as a liaison officer at the U.S. Air Force Academy from 1992 to 2002, during which time she worked as a pilot on behalf of the Milwaukee Air National Guard until 1997.
As a lifestyle coach, Ms. Bartz focuses on promoting healthy living through holistic and integrative nutrition. To this end, she has earned a diploma in fitness and nutrition in 1999, and has been certified as a holistic practitioner, a gluten practitioner, a hormone trainer specialist, and a master transformational coach. Ms. Bartz has also been licensed through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
Furthermore, in 2018 Ms. Bartz attends the Scientific and Holistic Investigation of Nutritional Endocrinology Conference in Austin, Texas with Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo, where she was exposed to the raw data on how genetics can be manipulated through nutrition. She has integrated such methods into her regimen, and hopes to attain greater results for her clients this way. In her academic pursuits, Ms. Bartz received a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1982, after which she obtained a Master of Science in human resources management from Golden Gate University in 1989.
Regarding civic affairs, Ms. Bartz is has volunteered prolifically for several nonprofit organizations, and has served as a mentor at her alma mater, the U.S. Air Force Academy. Likewise, she worked as both the treasurer for Women Military Aviators from 2003 until 2007, and a member of their board of directors from 2007 to 2009. Ms. Bartz is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
