He initially became involved in the field of real estate because of a negative experience he had with a realtor who would not listen to him as he tried to buy a home for himself. Deciding he could do better, Mr. Rusev now strives to listen to his clients and to focus on their concerns so as to better serve them. He has been known to help his clients 24/7.
Attributing much of his success to his strident self-discipline, Mr. Rusev has learned throughout his career that being honest, competent and quick-witted makes for the surest path to success. Furthermore, to remain well-versed in his field, he maintains his professional affiliation with a number of professional organizations pertinent to his interests.

Prior to embarking on his current career, Mr. Rusev earned a Master of Arts in engineering and piloting from the Bulgarian Air Force Academy at the Georgi Benkovski National Air Force University in Dolna Mitropolia. He proceeded to serve in the Bulgarian Air Force for 15 years as an SU-25 pilot from 1985 until his retirement at the rank of a major in 2000. Mr. Rusev considers his background in the military to have played a large part in influencing the dedication he continues to feel towards his work.
Continuing to learn throughout his career, Mr. Rusev was greatly inspired by all of the commanders and colleagues he has encountered in the Bulgarian Air Force. He has also made a point to incorporate lessons he has learned from the people he is surrounded by, and feels that every person carries something with them that is worth learning. Incorporating this knowledge into one's life is an important step towards building oneself up and giving back to clients.
For excellence in his career, Mr. Rusev has been the recipient of a number of honors and accolades. Notably, he has been named Top 1% Realtor since 2009 and was twice recognized with the Five Stars Real Estate Agent Award, first in 2014 and again in 2015. Additionally, he was featured twice in the Top Agent Magazine during 2015. For his services to the Bulgarian Air Force, he was honored as a Top Gun Pilot in 1997 and 1998. Above all he has accomplished, Mr. Rusev considers the most rewarding aspect of his career to be dedicating his knowledge, experience and time to his clients.
Born in Kazanlak, Bulgaria, in 1967, Mr. Rusev has been happily married to his wife, Nina, for many years. Together they are the proud parents of two children. Planning to move forward on his current career trajectory and to continue serving his clients, he feels it is important to be honest and dedicated to others and to not just focus on yourself. Throughout everything he does, Mr. Rusev strives to make things better for everyone in order to build a more harmonious world. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, reading and growing his own vegetable garden.
